Service. We currently only ship to USA,Canada, U.K. addresses.
(please note U.K. addresses will charge additional postage fees)
Orders
are received via the internet and then put into production. Changes cannot be made to your order once it has gone into production. Orders are normally received
within 3-4weeks. (business days) However, we do not guarantee any specific delivery time. Due to
possible delays in united states postal service, UPS &
FedEx. We do not
refund for any shipment delays of a purchased order.

Address Labels will replace any items in your order that are
defective or if an item has an error (i.e.: misspelling of
personalization) made on our behalf.
We
do not refund or credit for postal delivery delays.

are not responsible for return postage for any returned items.

If
you placed an order from this web site and paid with a personal or
business check. The order will be placed on hold until the funds
have cleared the banks for seven days. If the check is return to us
for N.S.F. You will be charged an additional returned check fee in
the amount of 20.00 and any additional collection costs accessed by
external collection agencies.
